What is the return window?

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or mis-printed, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. This notification window is required so we can process a replacement with our production partner.

What qualifies for a return?

This policy covers:

  • Mis-printed items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged during production or delivery

This policy does not cover:

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Normal wear, washing issues, or user-caused damage
When do I need to prioritise?

To submit a claim, you must include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos showing:

    The defect or mis-print

    The full item

    The shipping label on the original packaging (if available)

Claims without sufficient evidence cannot be processed.

How do I submit a claim?

Email us at Support@throttleandmind.com within 3 days of delivery with all required information and photos attached.

Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not qualify for replacement.
